Who you are contracting with

Torch the Way is a service owned and operated by Taste and Tidy LLC (“Taste and Tidy LLC”, “we”, “us”), trading as Torch the Way. When you purchase or use a Torch Report, you are entering into an agreement with Taste and Tidy LLC.

Acceptance

By purchasing, accessing, or continuing to use Torch the Way, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The service

Torch the Way provides AI-assisted business research and informational reports. Research is generated using automated tools and third-party information sources. While we aim to provide useful and accurate information, reports may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or interpretations you disagree with.

Torch Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before making business or financial decisions, and for verifying AI-generated findings before relying on them.

Payments, orders, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, applicable taxes, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Torch Reports are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout; we do not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing. Our own refund commitment is described on our Refund Policy page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Torch the Way. In particular, you must not: use the service for unlawful purposes; submit unlawful, infringing, or deliberately misleading content; engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; infringe anyone’s intellectual property; or interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, circumventing technical limits, or scraping the platform.

You are responsible for the information you submit, for how you use report outputs, and for keeping any access links or credentials confidential.

Intellectual property and your licence

Taste and Tidy LLC retains ownership of Torch the Way, including its software, report system, templates, documentation, and branding. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and save the report you purchased for your own personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce our service or systematically resell, copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.

Service level

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we may update, modify, or discontinue features as the product develops. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Torch the Way, in whole or in part, if: you materially breach these terms; payment is not received or is reversed; we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a security risk; or you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first. You may stop using the service at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that limitation is not permitted by law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless applicable law entitles you to a different venue.
